COPPER CANYON ADVENTURES PAYMENT POLICY AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Regardless of which payment option you choose, rest assured that the itinerary you have chosen for Mexico, Guatemala or Worldwide is the trip you will receive, barring acts of God or other unforeseeable circumstances.


Please note that all payments are non-refundable and that we recommend you purchase trip insurance to protect you from loss--not for things within CCA’s control--but for everything outside our liability such as the following sorts of losses:


Airline/Train schedule changes and cancellations,

Sickness/medical evacuation,

Lost/stolen/delayed baggage,

Acts of God

We require a 25% non refundable deposit to book your trip, with the final balance due our bank 30 days prior to the trip.


You can make payment by wire transfer or by mailing your deposit using a personal check, cashiers check (with return receipt and/or insurance) or money order (with return receipt and/or insurance).


(Note: many banks now offer online bill payment direct to other bank accounts—sometimes for no fee; please contact your bank to check into this payment option)
