We are very proud of the trips that our clients enjoy with us--and even more proud to share their comments about their Copper Canyon Adventures experiences with you.

In addition, several of these folks are willing to answer questions from you about their trips with us--please let us know if you would like to contact them.

About the trip.
Bud and I had a great time and it was really a wonderful experience.
All the places we stayed were great.

Our favorite was the Mansion on the rim. El Fuerte was neat to tool around in and our hotel was so charming. We also enjoyed the Rincon Lodge with the cabins. Especially the porch where we had our happy hour (maybe part of it was the Don Julio). And it was especially nice to be able to all eat together at a big table. The Sierra Madre Lodge and the Oso each had their individual charms as well!

The hikes, tho' challenging were really beautiful and the guides were friendly and experienced.

Having great birding most of the trip was a treat!

The food was surprisingly good, and I probably put on a few pounds.
Overall, we had a great experience!

Kathy, speaking about a trip where a group got together for a birthday celebration, from Texas.

I want everyone to know what a great trip I had with Copper Canyon Adventures. Les planned a custom trip based on our interests and everything went according to plan, but there was enough flexiblity so that our group of three all got to see and do the things that appealed to each of us.
Our guide, Carlos, and our drivers were more than great. I rate Copper Canyon Adventures with five stars for planning and communication. It was just about the perfect trip.
I would like to come back again and spend more time in Creel and Batopilas. I found Batopilas both lovely and interesting. It was my favorite stop during the trip.

Ann, speaking of a recent Custom Trip, from Ohio.

We especially want to tell you what an exceptional and tireless guide Cristina Hallal is; she kept us informed about the history of the region we traveled, and is very knowledgeable regarding the all the trees and plants along the way. We encountered several other travel groups, but none of these seemed to be getting the information we had from Cristina.
The accommodations were excellent as were the meals, and overall the trip was very much enjoyed.
After the trip was over, we stayed on for another day in Chihuahua -- we were very pleased we did this as it gave us a chance to see this city. Also the return train journey back to El Fuerte was very interesting as we traveled through orchards and farmland which were in darkness at the end of our tour. Cristina had arranged a taxi for us at our El Fuerte destination so there was no hassle getting back to our R.V. park.

Lorna and Graeme, speaking of a recent Adventures Abroad Trip, from British Colombia.

Last week my mother, my wife Anne and I returned from our week-long experience that you and Anne had put together for us. I've spent the last week thinking about it and have been sorting and editing photographs, which of course continually provokes memories.
Even without the advantage of having pictures I would describe it as an unforgettable trip. I had been very interested in going there for years and it far exceeded my expectations. Not only were the experiences there extraordinary, all the arrangements, transfers and the myriad details went smoothly with only the smallest glitches that were beyond our control. And I haven't included Doug at the Paraiso del Oso, Jose Luis and his wife and the other wonderful people we met.
There's one more thing that must be said: I have been telling you and others that the outstanding thing on the trip was the canyon itself, of course. But in reality it is difficult to choose between that and Cristina. I don't know where to begin; the three of us loved her and parted with her in great sadness. On the other hand we know that we will see her again, now as a friend, we hope. And if we're really lucky, as our guide, too. She was truly wonderful. She did so many considerate things, was so well-informed, so flexible, so charming it was constantly amazing. She had what I call "Anticipatory Intelligence". When mom or Anne asked me questions about trip matters, I got in the habit of telling them not to ask me, ask "The Boss"!
There are so many things that were outstanding that it would take more time than I have at this time to write about them. I felt that I couldn't remain silent any longer and wanted to say at least this much. If there is anything that you'd like to know, please write because I would be delighted -- and honored to reply.
So, thank you for the experience of a lifetime. I hope there are more of them to come.

Damian, speaking of a recent Custom Trip, from Pittsburgh, PA

Our trip to the Copper Canyon, as planned by Copper Canyon Adventures, was beyond our expectations and could not have been better. The best decision we made was to follow Wendy's advise and have our own guide. Christina is not only delightful, fun, energetic and has a great sense of humor, she is also extremely knowledgeable. We learned about the region and the people and spent our days doing things that we would not have been able to do on our own. Our days were filled with the activities which we had indicated we would enjoy, and Christina always gave us choices so that we wouldn't feel we were doing too much. We also really liked the detailed itinerary with the all the information about the day. If we travel with you again, we would most certainly want Christina to be our guide again.
I also want to compliment our driver, Mario, and "auxiliary guide" Arturo. Mario took us safely down and back up the canyon, and Arturo was a great hiking and sight seeing guide. Our accommodations and meals were great, too. There is not one thing we would change about the trip. There were so many wonderful aspects to our trip that it is hard to begin to describe the trip to our friends. Please do not hesitate to have any perspective clients contact us if they might want a personal recommendation.
Thanks again, especially to you, Christina, and also to Wendy who was quite patient with my many questions and requests for changes.
We are interested in the Guatemala trip in 2 or 3 years and you can be certain we will take the trip with your company and with Christina!

Sixteen members of an Adult Ed Spanish class in Santa Barbara California spent a week in the Copper Canyon in Mexico with a wonderful guide from Copper Canyon Adventures. We were pleasantly surprised at the level of luxury in which we traveled through this relatively remote area. Every negotiation was well-planned in advance of our need.
Our Spanish improved immensely and we were made aware of the treasures that the people and the land offer best to those who are informed. Some of the comments from the participants of this trip:

------"I would certainly recommend this identical trip to other folks. It was marvelous"!!!----Terry
-----"I feel I got a lot for my money. I'd love to do it again".--Laurie
-----"Our guide was magnificent, I am newly inspired to study". --Mary

Coming to the Copper Canyon was a wonderful trip for us, and well beyond our expectations. We learned so much geologically, culturally, language wise....
Cristina is a great guide in every way and took really good care of us. Lisa and Bryan (and I, also) took to her immediately and enjoyed our time with her. She knows so many people in the Canyon towns, which was fun for us as we got to meet them! Lisa especially liked the Raramuri Indians, going to the village and sitting with them at their homestead. Bryan says he liked everything.
As for me, I like learning new things, seeing new things and doing as much as I can in the time I have. The train ride was great, the food was great, learning about the canyon was interesting, being able to go into homes in Urique and the Raramuri villages was especially fascinating, as was walking around the towns like Cerocahui and El Fuerte. We like to hang out with the local people. I can't say enough good things about Cristina--she was just a fabulous guide.
Thanks again, Les. Hope to keep in touch!

Your tour is extremely well organized and the accommodation was lovely. The real "tour de force" is Christina and all of her local contacts and gracious demeanor............a real jewel!!
You can be utterly sure that if I have clients traveling to Mexico, your company will be an enthusiastic recommendation.
Best wishes for every future success.

Alice, a travel agent, regarding a recent FAM trip to the Copper Canyon, from North Carolina

Hi Les,
Can't tell you how much the four of us enjoyed the Two Big Canyons trip. It was fantastic. Cristina is a national treasure. People knew her wherever we went and treated us royally. She is also very knowledgeable, very caring and a lot of fun to be with.
Meantime I'm showing pictures and telling everyone about the great trip. Thanks again.

Bernice, talking about our Two Big Canyons Itinerary, from Sausalito, CA

Dear Les, Cristina and Earl,
Our sincere thanks to you all. Our trip was just terrific. We really enjoyed every second and have already started telling our friends to Go go go. But, we also want to tell you WHY it was so successful, and make a couple of suggestions to benefit your next groups.

Why it was successful:
1. You have a really useful website.
2. Anytime we requested anything from any of you, the response was immediate.
3. The trip was well-planned, and well spaced. The handout materials were very beneficial. It's hard to think of where more could have been included.
4. Cristina managed the amount of physical effort required very well. And, she managed to keep track of all our bags, the kids helping
with them and so forth. 5. The hotels/accommodations were interesting and fun, and had personalities of their own. It would be hard to pick a favorite - particularly between Hotel El Fuerte and the Mansion del Tarahumara, but the spots in Batopilas and Cerocahui were cool as well.
6. Cristina was great with our food needs - no "Montezuma's revenge" for anyone on the trip.
7. Cristina also helped with any of our purchases - helping with the unusual, educating us on various quality concerns, etc.
8. Cristina, Cristina, Cristina!!!!! You are wonderful - knowledgeable, charming, everyone knows you - which means we travelers get extra-special service when we mention your name! Oh, and did we mention Cristina, you are GREAT!!!
Cristina, you did a fantastic job shepherding us through out the week. We didn't have to worry about anything, which for seasoned travelers, is a very nice change. You spoiled us rotten, and we enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks again.
Happy and safe travels.

Fran & Andy, talking about our Two Big Canyons trip, from San Jose, CA

I see that Dan already sent you an e-mail regarding our Copper Canyon Adventure and though he speaks for all of us, I'll add my comments here.
As he said the trip was great, my husband and I have never been on a trip like this before and were very pleased.
I would definitely recommend your tours,

Susan, on a Custom Trip, from Woodland Park, CO

Dear Mr. Mahoney,
I just wanted to write to let you know how very pleased I've been with the help I've been getting from Wendy Spangler in arranging a Copper Canyon trip for my Adult Ed students. I've been dealing (or trying to deal) with some other agents in attempts to also put together a trip to the Colonial area of Mexico, and no one has been nearly as helpful and responsive as Wendy has.
She has been efficient and prompt in responses and has put together just the trip I want. She has been great about really listening to what I want instead of trying to dissuade me from doing what is not usually done. Since I am quite experienced in the area I know what I'm after and I've been very happy to work with Wendy to put it together. She has come through with a trip giving me what I want, including a reasonable price. She's a real asset to your company!

Dear Les,

Linda, Stan, Miriam and I want to thank you for the superb trip you put together and led for us. The arrangements were incredibly smooth. Whatever and whoever we needed for the next stage was always there when they were supposed to be. The loyalty and friendship that these people have for you was very evident. The hotel and tent accommodations were excellent. We enjoyed Escudo Jaguar and the banks of the Usumacinta. We also liked the food with its Tabascan flavors, and especially thank you for the balcony evening in Palenque.
The Maya buildings were thrilling. When I last saw Maya architecture in northern Yucatan some years ago, nobody yet knew how to read the glyphs except for the dates. The presence of both archaeologists, Neco and Alfonso, added a great deal to the trip, as did what you and Warren contributed on the buildings and Maya culture. I have continued reading since we got back and have even begun to acquire some degree of familiarity with the glyphs. Actually being able to read them is a really difficult endeavor and we admire the people who deciphered them and established the historical fact of writing in the Mayan language. Neco and Alfonso were impressive with this, too.
We were comfortable when we supposed to be and the river adventure added a lot for us. We admired the pilot of our boat, who was clearly skilled in handling the river.
The combination of Villahermosa, La Venta, Bonampak, Yaxchilan, Piedras Negras and Palenque was just right for us. Miriam and I also had a free day in Villahermosa to walk around the city, which we did at great length (literally). We like seeing the markets and getting an idea of how people live wherever we go. The restaurant at which we stopped on the road to Palenque also provided a very effective experience in the current culture.
Altogether, we were delighted with the trip and amazed at your ability to set up and coordinate everything so perfectly.

Best regards, and our most sincere appreciation,
Al, Miriam, Linda and Stan from Los Angeles (talking about our "Piedras Negras--and beyond" itinerary).

We have recently experienced a tour of the fabulous Copper Canyons of northern Mexico under the skilled direction of Les Mahoney of Copper Canyon Adventures.
Across the years we have had the privilege of leading some 78 groups in many parts of the world but we have never been more carefully cared for or wisely directed. From independent travel to group arrangements for senior citizens or active hikers, he knows what he is doing.
The accommodations were most acceptable, the care we received most thorough and the total experience a remarkable achievement. There is no better way to see and experience the Copper Canyon.

What can I say? We were impressed with CCA from beginning to end!

We picked your site from the many on the internet because:
• your website was the most impressive and well-done
• your links the best
• you use only eco-friendly lodges
• it was easy to book and pay
• we weren't stuck with set times and set itineraries
• you made everything sound interesting and fun
• your tours weren't as "tourist-y"
• there were the backpack/horsepack options
• your prices were the most competitive
We looked at several other choices, but chose to go with CCA over the other options we looked at because:
• you were willing to work with us
• you responded quickly to each & every e-mail
• you answered all our questions
• you gave us money-saving options, even though we didn't end up using them
And finally, the trip was everything we expected and more, Some things that are really special about the way you do things:
• Carmen is a great connection for you - she goes way beyond the call of duty.
• Welcome packet of magazines, Spanish guide, vouchers, train tickets, tip guidance, etc upon arrival
• Seats on the right side of the train
• Your other clients (Stan, Phyllis, Wade, Gail, Ken & Kay) were delightful - some have already contacted us by e-mail (corollary: all the best people use CCA)
• Questionnaire before the trip - made us feel special
Would we use CCA again? Without at doubt...I wouldn't even consider any other company. You thought of EVERY detail - from beginning to end, that would make the trip what we wanted. We were able to relax and enjoy everything. I believe that we got the best service for the best price.

Sue and Carolyn from Billings, Montana

We were most pleased with our venture into Copper Canyon, especially your fine organization and wonderful website.
Cristina was awesome, seemed to know everyone in Mexico, and had a very deep knowledge of geography, politics, history, flora and fauna. She was priceless.
Wendy was also a wonderful help as a preliminary advisor.
Thanks again, I would recommend your organization to anyone!

Ken and Terylee from San Jose, California

I really didn't want to go. Who wants to go to Guatemala on vacation? My husband booked the trip with Copper Canyon Adventures anyway.
After a short flight from Atlanta to Guatemala City we were met by Les Mahoney who took us to a quaint little hotel in Antigua. The next morning we joined the rest of our small group and a Guatemalan guide. Off to Valhalla, a local macadamia nut plantation, where we were treated to macadamia nut butter pancakes and fresh orange juice for breakfast. It can't get any better than this! Wait, yes it can....the ladies were then pampered with a facial using macadamia nut oils and creams. I wanted to head straight for the hammock, but my curiosity kept me exploring the plantation's operation.
We spent three nights on beautiful Lake Atitlan and went to small villages surrounding the lake by boat. We saw colorful local markets, a women's weaving cooperative as well as a herb growing cooperative. We visited two homes where the local people went to call upon a deity, Maximon, for improved health, trouble with a neighbor, debt relief, and prosperity among other requests.
A one hour flight to Tikal to see the Mayan culture which dates back centuries BC boggled the mind. We had two days there to challenge our imaginations with how this culture thrived and what happened to it. Beautiful exotic birds were everywhere along with indigenous species of wildlife. The coatimundi really put on a show for us.
We wanted for nothing. We had two very knowledgeable English/Spanish speaking guides with us throughout the trip. We had our own van and driver every day. Every meal, entrance fee, all lodging and transportation while in Guatemala was provided.
Oh, to answer the question at the beginning of these thoughts: Who wants to go to Guatemala on vacation? Anybody.....especially me. I have two more Maximon's to see!

Margaret and Gordon from Sharpsburg, GA

We loved our trip. The itinerary made great use of our time and allowed us to see the highlights of the canyon in just a week of time. A few of our favorite moments: the hospitality of Cristina and Jose Luis (we especially liked the home cooked lunch on the river), Doug Rhodes taking us to see the sights and the community, lunch in Urique, and hanging out in the kitchen at La Choza.
We will not soon forget our trip and we look forward to recommending you guys to our friends!

Anne and Michael from Washington, DC

Thank you Les, for a great trip! You made our 30th anniversary something we will always fondly remember. The Copper Canyon is simply indescribable. Our accommodations were unbeatable, and you were there always on time to help us make all our connections.
Your staff (each and every member of your team) is super!

Gary and Joyce from Kansas City, Missouri

My clients were absolutely ebullient regarding their trip with you! In spite of their 16 hour bus trip (because their flight was canceled at the last minute), the care and attention that Christina and you gave them made up for everything they had previously experienced.
She was really bubbly about the experience both for her and the children. She was very impressed with you and especially Christina and her care to every detail.
Thank you for everything. I certainly hope to be able to book other clients with you and to even take one of your trips myself, one day.

Concetta (travel agent) from Berkeley, California

Our Copper Canyon trip will certainly be one of the highlights of all our hiking expeditions.
Part of the thanks goes to you and your perfect way of communication and talent in getting things organized. We are very glad that we didn't miss the Urique Canyon.
Thanks again and if we talk to our friends, we certainly would recommend they go to Copper Canyon and contact you.

Chris and the Czech group from Ottawa, Canada

I knew immediately, when I first was lucky enough to have made contact with Les from Copper Canyon Adventures, that this was the tour for us, and we hate tours! He was so perceptive about what we wanted, what we DIDN'T want, and what sort of people we were.
Because of that, our trip was exactly what we love, and more. The combination of the wonderful train trip (and that Canyon!), being picked up, dropped off and generally looked after and the wonderful hotels and homes we stayed in was perfect. Les even gave us fantastic advice about the rest of our trip in Mexico! We'll be back someday!"

Sharon and Steve from Byron Bay, Australia

I went through a lot of tour operators before I found you who refused to consider the idea of custom itineraries. I was told that the guides wouldn't speak English and they would have a bad trip if I didn't put my clients with a group.
Luckily I found you. I felt you had integrity and great skill. I will recommend you to my consortium of over a 100 agencies that I am a part of, called Leisure Travel group.
It means a lot to have a recommendation and our best clients want flexibility and independent travel where it is possible.

Thanks for understanding our needs!

Robin--Travelworld, Santa Barbara, California

We wanted to let you know that our trip with Carmen went spectacularly--because of Carmen! She was great, and you were SO right about her. Her presence made all the difference between a regular family vacation and an extremely memorable one. She was highly professional and efficient and at the same time, warm, nurturing and fun. We really felt lucky to have her invite us into her B & B and her life!
My daughter, age 15, had her arms around her "Carmelita" during most of the trip. She invited Carmen to accompany her to art school in LA next month! She was great at dealing with the teens--we all had a lot of laughs and fun.
Be aware of what a TREASURE you have in Carmen!
Also, the hotels we stayed in were perfect. We loved the rustic nature of some and the personal touch. We really enjoyed meeting Diego at the Paraiso del Oso and we have some ideas for medical projects to help the Raramuri .
We could see that with the places we stayed and the personal attention of Carmen we were much better taken care of than the tourist traveling in the bigger more impersonal hotels.
Thanks again for all of your help in arranging this trip and for recommending we have Carmen accompany us.

Susan, Dave, Ana and Chris from Salt Lake City

We hope that your trip was as great as ours (to the Copper Canyon). We all enjoyed ourselves and fell in love with Cristina. She is a wonderful guide and person, and Copper Canyon Adventures is very well represented by her. She is wonderful!

Cynthia and Dave from Bakersfield, CA

Our trip went really well and I would definitely recommend your company to everybody. The lodgings were great and everything was perfectly synchronized.
I will definitely visit this part of Mexico again, but then with my husband, and will be contacting you to make the arrangements.
It was very nice meeting you and I hope you are doing well.

Cornelia and Gudrun from North Carolina and Holland

Our daughters, ages 10, 8 and 5 especially enjoyed the ruggedness of our adventures in the Canyon. While staying at the Oso they rode horses, went swimming in the river, crossed a suspension bridge, explored caves, and met a real Raramuri Indian family in their home.
We never dreamed that the Canyon would be so green - much prettier than the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed the Mexican dance performance (put on just for us!). Our hosts at the Paraiso del Oso and the Rio Fuerte Bed and Breakfast made us feel like part of their families. Thank you again!

The Hall family from North Carolina

The trip was a joy. It's hard to single out a highlight. Was it the trip up the El Fuerte river with the hundreds upon hundreds of birds nesting in the trees? Or was it the train ride as wondrous panoramas unfolded before us?
Perhaps it was the horseback ride at Oso Rock, a chilly morning with three sweet dogs as company. The Folklorico Dancers were also outstanding.
And we can't say enough about our guide Carmen. Warm, efficient, knowledgeable. We will always cherish our trip to Copper Canyon and meeting the Mexican people off the beaten tourist path.

Bill and Dixie from Miami, Florida

Thank you so much for the tour package that was so well organized. Just as we were beginning to take advantage of what Mexico had to offer it was time to leave (we wish our trip could have lasted longer). There were so many highlights that it is hard to name them--photo opportunities, horseback riding, mountain climbing, visiting an Indian Reservation-- the caves, the food, the people (Carmen and Maria were so kind and helpful it was as if we were old friends)...
The best to you and your family. We hope to take the tour again in the future.

William & Altheda from San Francisco, California

Les, I just returned from my adventures with you in Copper Canyon Mexico -the Singles Group, and wanted you to know that that trip was one for the memory books for sure!! I have never experienced such an enjoyable trip as this one and I have traveled the world over.
It wasn't just the fabulous scenery, the comfortable train rides, the wonderful weather, the great food - all that was there of course - but it was the promised adventure that came true.
But even more important to the trip were your guide services. I want to thank you for being with us every step of the way, letting us know the culture of the area, the history of the area, the language and pricing expectations and all of the extra things you did to make our trip one for the memory books.
Thank you Les, and when you get your next trip scheduled - count me in!!

Linda from Lake Brownwood, Texas

Our party of 8 toured Copper Canyon from October 23 to October 30, 2001. We used Copper Canyon Adventures to arrange and guide our trip. I wanted to let you know that we were all extremely satisfied with all of the arrangements and especially with our tour guide Cristina.
It was a real adventure that we will never forget. The Canyon is beautiful and the arrangements were both comfortable and unforgettable. We all learned a great deal about this part of Mexico and I think having one of your capable staff with us assured us of getting the most out of our trip.
I would not recommend that anybody see Copper Canyon without a Spanish speaking guide. They would simply miss too much. We would highly recommend Copper Canyon Adventures to anyone considering a visit to beautiful Copper Canyon.

Mike from Colleyville, Texas

"Les, your Rail Fan trip was the perfect blend of adventure and comfort.
I've always stayed away from escorted tours, but your small groups and your flexibility ensured that there was never a risk of feeling like a sheep being driven to the next holding pen!
This trip completely changed my opinion of travel in Mexico, too, because we were able to meet with local people in an unspoiled part of the country.
Thank you, and be assured I will travel with you again!"

Karen from San Francisco, California

"I've wanted to visit the Copper Canyon area for some time, but have always been put off by the thought of joining large tour groups - I like to do things at my own pace and see things I want to see when I want to see them.
The trip Les @ Copper Canyon Adventures organized was perfect for me, he was able to tailor the trip to meet my requirements - and consequently I was able to spend my time doing things that interested me.
As a woman traveling alone I was nervous of traveling in Mexico, also the thought of organizing tickets/hotels etc. was all too much - traveling with Les was the perfect solution - he did all the hard work - I just showed up and had a good time. He found interesting places to stay and organized some great excursions - he was also very adaptable - no horrid schedule to meet.
I definitely feel I got great value for money and would have no hesitation in recommending Copper Canyon Adventures to all."

Abby from London, England

"As a family that loves to travel independently to adventurous destinations but hates to fret over logistics once we're on the road, your services were just perfect. During the planning phase you were responsive, efficient, and thorough.
The airport greeting and detailed information packet were amazing, and the trip itself everything we expected (and more). If only there were one of you everywhere we traveled. How refreshing to encounter an operator doing such a wonderful job at a fair price for independents such as our family of four. Keep it up!"

Jennifer and Alex from Stanford, California

We had a thoroughly wonderful time. Carmen is terrific! Transitions were flawless, the accommodations comfortable and the tours invigorating. We especially enjoyed our days at the Paraiso del Oso. We experienced such a warm , friendly atmosphere there. The people were so kind. and the hiking and riding so fulfilling.

Paula and Bob, from Medford, Oregon

"We were sure lucky our daughter found your Web page. We could have never went on the trip without a guide and we were very lucky to find YOU as a guide.
I would love to do a longer tour of the canyon but would insist on a guide "YOU" for that is the only way that Lois and I could enjoy such a beautiful place. Just hope we can schedule it soon.
I sure give your custom tour a star but your personal guide service a GOLD STAR."

Charles and Lois from Anaheim, California

"We definitely feel that we made a great decision going out to the Copper Canyon, and an even better decision to contract your services."

Eduardo and Carolina (Honeymooners) from San Salvador, El Salvador

Our trip was really wonderful. The train was quite an experience and the scenery breathtaking. We totally enjoyed all our accommodations.
The Mansion Tarahumara was different from the Paraiso del Oso, but both were equally charming. We found the people everywhere so nice and helpful.
Thanks for doing a super job for us! If I meet anyone wanting to go on an exciting train trip, I'll refer them to you.

Tuula and Margaret from New York

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip through the canyon. Views from the train and rims were fantastic. All the people we came in contact with were cordial, helpful, and at times entertaining. Met and traveled with some great people. We found our accommodations more than adequate for the area, and the food -- fantastic. Would recommend this trip to anyone.

Ken and Kay from Indianapolis, Indiana

"If you are looking for a personally guided unforgettable experience in the rugged, often primitive, mountains of Northern Mexico, Copper Canyon Adventures is for you. Expect surprises and you won't be disappointed."

Jean and Cort from Portola Valley, California

So you want to take a trip with Copper Canyon Adventures? Well, if your idea of a great vacation is staying in lovely locations with literally everything taken care of for you, where all you need to do is show up, then stop shopping.
Our guide was more then enthusiastic, arranging several, very special outings for us. He is respectful of the locals, and Raramuri Indians, with a true love of the beauty in the canyons, which creates an excitement and appreciation in all we saw.
We were always treated to the best service and hospitality with an emphasis on great food, leaving us with such wonderful memories of Mexico and it's people.

Wendy from Carroll, Ohio

Oh, Les, thank you for everything it was great ! ! !
